Welcome to Flint High School's Art department. As you can see from the photographs we like to experiment and have fun! This fantastic group of young people who are currently in year 11 made 2 large paintings inspired by the work of Slovak artist Juraj Kralik. They used tape to mask off areas on a large board, then applied acrylic paint by using sports equipment in various ways such as splatting tennis balls dipped in paint and spraying paint around sports equipment. The finished work now proudly hangs on the walls by the PE department. |
