  • Flint High School recognises that the welfare of the child is paramount and takes seriously its responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of the children and young people in its care.
  • Flint High School believes it is always unacceptable for a child or young person to experience abuse of any kind and is committed to practice which protects all of our students.
  • All children have the right to be safeguarded from all types of harm and abuse, regardless of age, disability, gender, racial heritage, religious belief, sexual orientation or identity and political or immigration status.
  • We will enable staff and volunteers to safeguard and promote the welfare of children,working in partnership with children, young people, their parents, carers and other agencies.
